Technoscope is set up as a business center providing infrastructure for various R&D practices and has facilities to meet the social needs of tenants in a quality environment. Within this structure, Technoscope is located in two campuses having different specifications:

• Mersin Tarsus Organized Industrial Zone Campus
• Mersin University Campus

1. Mersin Tarsus Organized Industry Zone Campus:
Considering its location, it allows clustering of companies for industrial R&D studies. It is located in a central position within Organized Industrial Zone, adjacent to fire brigade, health center, shopping center, cafeteria and sports complex.  In the zone, Technoscope has 3 buildings constructed on 93.000 m2 areas, with 16 offices, 14 lab-offices, a conference hall for 400 people and an unoccupied site of 17.000 m2 projected for model production unit.

2. Mersin University Campus: 
It is planned and designed as an incubation and research center where high-tech facilities will be provided to tenants having innovative ideas but lack of sufficient facilities to implement their ideas. An area of 50.000 m2 is allocated for Technoscope. 16.000 m2 office area, laboratory, recreation site, natural history museum, and living center having social and sports facilities are the major facilities in this area. Tenants will also benefit the university’s library, laboratories, guesthouse, bank, post office and catering facilities in the campus.

Technoscope is 36 km away from Adana Sakirpaşa Airport (ADA) and 18 km away from Mersin Port.
