1. Firms or enterpreneurs intending to set up R&D units in Technoscope should personally contact Mersin Technopark A.S.

1. After the preliminary discussions regarding firm’s facts & figures and R&D projects, application form is supplied to the applicant.

1. Application form should be filled correctly and submitted to Mersin Technopark A.S. via e-mail.

1. Modifications (if required) are made after pre-evaluation.

1. Official application form in four hard copies with all pages signed and stamped is sent to Mersin Technopark A.S.

1. Application form is evaluated by a board of referees whose members are selected from the specialized academicians about the application.

1. A face-to-face meeting is carried out between the board and the firm. Later on, evaluation report is prepared and presented to Technoscope Executive Council.

• Application is finally evaluated by Technoscope Executive Council in accordance with the report.

1. A lease is arranged with the firm if the decision is positive.

1. The firm is informed via written notice if the decision is negative.Application form and the data inside are kept confidential.

Evaluation

Following are the eligibility criteria considered by the board of referees:

• Objective and nature of the project to be implemented in Technoscope
• Conformity and contribution of the project to Technoscope vision
• Cooperation potential with the university
• Financial power and R&D staff profiles of the firm
• Firm’s  knowledge and desire of success in the project
• Previous R&D studies and their results
